Job Description
Eddison's is seeking experienced self-employed Residential Building Surveyors. This is an excellent opportunity to focus on professional surveying work without the burden of administration or account management.
With a strong national presence and a reputation for technical excellence, Eddison's provides specialist surveying services to housing providers, landlords, and legal teams across the UK.
We are particularly interested in engaging with surveyors who have proven expertise in:
Disrepair investigations, including damp, mould, and structural issues
Legal disrepair claims, providing detailed reports and evidence for casework
Expert witness reports and compliance documentation
A sound understanding of Awaab's Law and current housing standards
Assignments are offered on a flexible basis, with competitive day rates and ongoing project opportunities across the country.

Contract length: 36 months
Pay: 130.86-350.00 per day
