About The Role

We are looking for an Aberdeenshire-based Marketing Manager to join BrewDog Distilling.

You will report to the Head of Marketing, joining the BrewDog PLC marketing team to support the team on driving brand awareness, sampling, activations, events and paid media campaigns. You will work alongside the Distilling Marketing Manager and Content Creator to deliver on our annual marketing plans to grow our 5 brands across the on- and off-trade channels.

We are looking for a quick-thinking, creative and methodical individual who will hit the ground running. You will be working from our HQ in Ellon for the majority of the time, close to the distillery, where you'll be working on both short and long-term projects delivered by the Head of Marketing. There will be some travel required and a willing to work at brand events and activations across the UK.

This Marketing Manager role will span across our brand portfolio, covering a range of products in a range of categories, including vodka, gin, rum, tequila and RTD cocktails.

ABOUT THE BRAND

BREWDOG DISTILLING CO: Ignoring the mainstream world of gin, vodka, rum, and tequila BrewDog Distilling Co. is obsessed with quality and ensuring maximum flavour in their spirits. We make all of our spirits from scratch at our Aberdeenshire distillery (except for Tequila, obviously), using our incredible bespoke distillery, which includes our world-first triple bubble still and a 27-metre tall rectification column.

BrewDog Distilling has distribution across major grocers, as well as a strong presence in BrewDog bars around the world. While know for beer, we are here to make our mark in the spirits world through disruptive and delicious spirits that are affordable, accessible and bold. So let's have some fun with it!

KEY AREAS & RESPONSIBLITIES

You will work with BrewDog's Head of Marketing to bring our 5 spirit and cocktail brands to life in multiple cross-channel and cross-category campaigns, events, activations, sampling and digital activity.

We are looking for a self-starter to take ownership of projects, managing from the briefing stage, through to delivery. You will work closely with other members of the spirits team to support brand awareness, growth, consideration and rate-of-sale driving initiatives. With great distribution across the off-trade, you will support the Head of Marketing in bringing in-store and digital activity to fruition, being the direct contact for our off-trade partners and their media owners.

There will also be a focus in supporting our specialist on-trade distributor in driving our presence in the on premise. As the key contact, you will work with the team to develop sampling initiatives, event menus, special serves and the delivery of point of sale.

SIGNS OF SUCCESS

Build and maintain a positive connection with the internal creative and production teams, ensuring you are on top of deadlines, budgets and owning comms within the internal team. You will be required to contribute to meetings and calls within these groups.

You will also be responsible for working with key suppliers across production and marketing functions. This may mean briefing photographers and sending stock, organising supplier quotes and delivery of goods, or managing projects across internal channels, including e-commerce and bars.
