Distribution Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Distribution Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our logistics operation working closely with customers, hauliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
This is a full-time (37.5 Hrs), on-site role with one day per week working from home (homeworking once competent and confident in the role)

What you'll be doing:
Processing customer orders via EDI, manual input and email order requests
Managing orders and deliveries through customer portals
Verbally coordinating deliveries, collections and stock returns with various hauliers
Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
Liaising with internal departments regarding claims, POD requests and delivery issues
Raising invoices and providing and managing confirmation of deliveries
Processing and assisting with packing of sample requests
Producing daily paperwork for the warehouse team
The skills and attributes you must have:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Confident using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & the ability to learn to use an ERP system
Previous experience in customer services, distribution or supply chain
A team mindset
Safety in the workplace and environmentally aware
Able to reliably manage the commute
