We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused
Distribution & Customer Service Assistant
to support our contract at Norfolk & Norwich NHS.
This part-time, on-site role combines customer service with hands-on distribution of printed materials across the hospital site. You will be a key on-site representative, ensuring accurate deliveries and providing a professional, friendly service to NHS staff.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving the printed items at Goods In at the hospital from a courier
Desktop delivery of the printed materials across the hospital to individual departments
Providing excellent customer service to NHS departments
Recording deliveries using company software
Liaising with customers and feeding back to the Account Management Team if required
About You
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Well organised with good attention to detail
Comfortable with manual handling and moving the products from goods in, to desk using appropriate trolley or cage, and working across a large site
Confident using basic IT systems
Reliable and able to work independently
DBS Check essential
Experience in customer service or a hospital environment is desirable, but full training will be provided.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 15.00 per hour
