Distribution Relationship Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Distribution Relationship Coordinator to work with us on a full-time basis in London, reporting into theBroker Relationship Manager.
This role would be suitable for a Graduate, School Leaver or an individual looking for a change in career with good administration skills.
You will support the Distribution team in developing and growing key broker relationships.

Responsibilities:

Work with Broker Relationship Managers and Group Head of Distribution to plan meetings in line with strategic agreement KPI's Build a close working relationship with EA's and PA's to ensure optimal response when arranging meetings for senior management/CUO's Establish a full working knowledge of strategic partner self-service platforms to support pipelining activities Arrange and run pipelining session with designated underwriters from all relevant lines of business (quarterly) Support the Distribution team around quarterly planning sessions and other relevant meetings and presentations Support planning and implementation of broker entertainment/events Attend broker review and line of business meetings Work with the wider business management team to support production of MI and broker information Develop an understanding of all MRSG-GM products, services, and solutions Assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
