We're looking for a dynamic

District Manager

to lead 11 stores across East Anglia. This is a field-based role with regular travel, focused on driving commercial success, elevating customer experience, and building high-performing, inclusive teams.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire store teams to deliver outstanding sales and store standards Foster a culture where associates feel welcomed, valued, and engaged Develop talent and build strong succession pipelines Collaborate with business partners to deliver district strategies Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational excellence Champion our off-price model and uphold brand identity across all stores Drive KPIs, manage payroll and costs, and implement shrink strategies Role model TJX's Leadership Competencies and Cultural Factors

What You Bring

Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally across multiple sites A track record of delivering results through people Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills Passion for developing talent and creating inclusive environments Ability to lead with authenticity, clarity, and vision Agile, practical, and solutions-focused mindset Skilled in building relationships and collaborating across functions
