Job Description
Please see attached and Person Specification for details. All work allocation and triage of referrals is through a Community Coordination Centre, which as a District Nurse you will be required to work within. Post holders will be available to work Monday to Sunday covering shifts between 8 am and 8 pm and need to be able to travel to patients homes frequently throughout the day across the locality and across Guildford and Waverley.
