We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality medical care, particularly in the areas of home care, senior care, and public health. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and clinical practices, as well as experience in various medical settings such as nursing homes and ICU environments. The Physician will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients, ensuring their well-being through effective medication administration and clinical research.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose medical conditions. Develop and implement personalised treatment plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Engage in clinical research to enhance treatment methodologies and improve patient outcomes. Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention. Participate in hospice care initiatives for patients requiring end-of-life support.

Requirements

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid medical licence to practice. Strong knowledge of anatomy, pharmacology, and medical imaging techniques. Experience in home care, senior care, nursing homes, or ICU settings is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to public health guidelines. Familiarity with clinical research methodologies is an advantage.
