, we specialise in delivering evidence-based, patient-centric care for individuals with testosterone deficiency via a secure telehealth platform.

Our mission is to provide safe, effective, and bespoke Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) protocols, helping our patients restore their vitality and improve their quality of life. We are expanding our expert clinical team and are looking for a dedicated doctor who shares our passion for this growing and important field of medicine.

2. The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable doctor with a demonstrable special interest in TRT and men's health to join our remote clinical team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full patient pathway--from initial diagnosis to the creation and management of individualised treatment plans--delivered entirely remotely.

This is a superb opportunity to specialise in hormone health within a supportive, expert-led environment, all from the comfort of your own home or private office.

3. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough initial virtual consultations to assess patient suitability for TRT. Analyse and interpret comprehensive blood tests, patient medical history, and symptomatic profiles. Diagnose testosterone deficiency (hypogonadism) in line with BSSM and NICE guidelines. Develop, prescribe, and manage bespoke TRT treatment plans (including injections, gels, or creams). Conduct regular virtual follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress, manage side effects, and optimise treatment. Maintain meticulous and secure patient records using our electronic medical records (EMR) system. Work collaboratively with our remote administrative and clinical support teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Stay current with the latest clinical research, guidelines, and advancements in TRT and men's health.

4. Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements:

Registration:

Fully registered with the GMC and hold a license to practise.

Experience:

Post-qualification experience as a GP, in endocrinology, urology, or a related speciality.

Special Interest:

A proven and strong interest in men's health, endocrinology, or hormone replacement therapy.

Communication:

Exceptional communication skills, with an excellent "web-side manner" and the ability to build strong patient rapport virtually.

IT Skills:

High level of IT proficiency and confidence in using EMR systems and video consultation platforms.

Professionalism:

A commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and clinical governance.

Work Environment:

A private, professional, and confidential home-working environment suitable for remote patient consultations.

Desirable Attributes:

Previous experience working in a private TRT, men's health, or wellness clinic. Demonstrable experience in delivering remote/telehealth consultations. Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) or equivalent postgraduate qualification. Membership of the British Society of Sexual Medicine (BSSM). Experience in a CQC-regulated environment.
