Who We Are

Elite Aesthetics is a discretely located CQC Medical & Aesthetics clinic in the heart of Ingress Park, in Greenhithe. We are known predominantly for our PRP & intimate health treatments, however offer an array of skin, face & body treatments. We are led by award winning & world renowned doctor, Dr Shirin Lakhani. Dr Shirin is known and loved for her patient care, as well as her knowledge of intimate health & menopause. Dr Shirin is constantly in the media & press to share the medical benefits of these treatments. Here at Elite, we have patient safety at the forefront of what we do. We only recommend treatments that the patient needs & nothing more.

The Role

This is a very exciting role we have available working very closely with our medical director, as well as our associate doctors in a patient facing role. Main duties of the role will be chaperoning and assisting the doctors throughout the procedures, supporting with admin tasks for the doctors such as tracking results, following up patients, managing their stock and dealing with enquiries.

This is a highly rewarding role, supporting the patient through their journey with us and sharing the excitement when they see their results.

We offer many intimate health treatments for male and female, therefore you would need to be comfortable to chaperone and assist in this setting.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 2 Years of patient care & aesthetics experience

- Strong verbal & written communication skills

- Good administration & organisation skills with data entry, Excel, & outlook

- Good telephone skills and ability to respond to patients via Whatsapp on desktop

- Passionate about the aesthetics & medical aesthetics industry

- Enthusiasm to be part of a high achieving clinic

- Patient focused to ensure they get the care they require

- Experience as a doctors PA/ doctors assistant will be ideal
