We currently have an exciting opportunity for a

Document Administrator

to join our Commercial Team at CPS Head Office in Over. The successful candidate will support Project Management & Commercial Teams to manage project transition from tender to project delivery, financial project reports and completion of the new business contracts, ensuring a timely and accurate service, maximising customer satisfaction.

This role is 41.5 hours per week; Monday - Thursday 08:00-17:00, Fridays 08:00-16:00.

Main responsibilities will include:



Collection, distribution and expediting of all documentation including drawings, specifications, technical submittals and other electronic information and trackers necessary to execute ongoing projects. Setting up new project enquiries in CRM and assigning Job Numbers (T Numbers) and update accordingly with follow up information. Management of the customers portals, and 3rd party documentation submission portals. Updating and converting project enquires to secured projects on CRM and Xpedeon. Working closely with project managers across departments to ascertain documentation requirements. Distribution of documentation for each project in line with the clients required submission method or portal. Collating and compile operating and maintenance manuals to be submitted to achieve project completion. Liaising with suppliers regarding documentation requirements to produce accurate completion of technical submittals and trackers. Updating and management of variation cost and sell figures onto Xpedeon. Weekly production and update of FPR's. Ad Hoc Administration Duties.

Customer-service skills with the ability to manage internal and external customer priorities and needs Capable to work productively independently and as part of a team Proven ability to multi-task in a driven environment, meeting deadlines Excellent organisation and administration skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience working with Sage CRM and Xpedeon is desirable Knowledge of working in a Construction Environment would be advantageous Minimum Pass of Maths and English at GSCE level or equivalent is required
