Job Description
RMS are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for Document Controllers, for a leading engineering company in Billingham.
Principle Accountabilities:
- To collate test certificates, WPS/PQR, quality plans, radiographic reports, NDT reports, PED documentation and complete documentation dossiers.
- To understand and interpret client documentation requirements.
- To cross check location sheets to test certification.
- The ability to liaise with all departments to generate and then issue the required documentation.
- To input specification and test results onto the production management system on a daily basis.
- To liaise with visiting inspectors in finalisation of documentation packs.
- Requisition stationery and printing of dossiers.
- Previous experience of documentation control.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
- Competent working with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Highly organised and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A good understanding of health & safety, environmental issues and quality rules
