The Role



The Document Controller will provide essential support to the Requirements Manger and wider team in support of the fulfilment of the DMS-NG contract, ensuring reporting and administrative tasks are run effectively, efficiently and in a professional manner.

The role is centred on document and record management, upholding high standards of accuracy, and consistency and compliance through structured document workflows, efficient retrieval of records and streamlined filing systems.

Principal Responsibilities



Supporting the operations team through document lifecycle stages to ensure completeness and compliance Maintaining an accurate and efficient document management system to meet company and client requirements Carrying out regular compliance checks to ensure high standards of document and quality control Administrative housekeeping with regard to inspection reports, material requests, stock returns and certification Supporting the operations team through document lifecycle stages to ensure the efficient running of the contract Maintaining accurate version control to ensure all documents are current, properly tracked and consistently updated Providing other administrative support as requested

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail. They should be driven to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Track record of maintaining accurate records and supporting audit readiness Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office applications Ability to streamline and manage structured digital and paper-based filing systems Good standard of education in numeracy and literacy
