About the role:





As a Document Controller, you'll support our projects by making sure documents are well-organised, up to date, and easy to access. Using our electronic systems, you'll help keep information flowing smoothly so the right documents reach the right people when they're needed. It's a role that suits someone who enjoys working with detail, staying organised, and contributing to the success of a busy project team.


Responsibilities:




Carry out QA checks on all published information/documentation in accordance with project document control procedure Assist LOR Design Team to ensure accurate distribution of information, management of comments and approval cycle and ensure project deadlines are met Scan and upload documents where required, upskill the project team how to manage their own information Receive/check/distribute documents in accordance with project procedures/distribution matrix Provide help and training for internal and external parties Active participation and contribution to the project digital health check Liaise with collaboration tool vendors on regular basis on all software issue

Great communicator both verbal and written Great organisational skills Ability to identify, map and manage processes Ability to use initiative to think ahead, learn, plan and be able to work unsupervised for periods of time General technical ability 2+ years Document Control experience Experience of a construction environment

Essential:




Knowledge of collaboration/EDM Systems Knowledge of digital handover process
