Document Controller




London



Full-time




Sheppard Robson is recruiting a Document Controller to join its team in London.



The practice is looking for a communicative and organised individual who will provide Document Control Support. This person will work closely with the Partner responsible for Document Control.

Keys tasks




Ensure quality assurance checks and issues of project drawing information

Maintain drawing and other documentation information on our database

Preparing documents for storage and archiving as appropriate

Oversee internal and external training and implement extranet procedures

Provide ad hoc administrative and co-ordination support to Partners/ Associate Partners within the allocated teams.

Experience




Previous experience in Document Control or a comparable role, ideally within architecture

Keen eye for detail and accuracy

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Able to work autonomously and within a team environment.


Please note that this is a fixed-term role for 12 months.



The salary is dependent on the successful applicant's experience and qualifications.
