Job Summary:

The Document Controller is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's documents and ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. This role involves maintaining document control systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting design team with document management.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain document control processes and systems. Ensure all documents are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements. Manage the distribution and filing of documents, both electronic and hard copies. Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents. Track document changes and maintain version control. Ensure the whole production facility is working current issue document at all times. Conduct regular audits of document control processes and systems. Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and inspections. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in document control or a similar role. Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to document control.

Preferred Qualifications:



Certification in Document Control or Records Management. Experience in engineering or Architecture construction
