Ryanair Heavy Maintenance Document Control department has a fantastic opportunity to join our ever-growing team. We are looking for someone to come in and provide Document Control support to our maintenance program. This role is fast paced and will provide a fantastic challenge to the successful candidate.

Duties
Oversee the supply of Work packs to 3rd party Heavy Maintenance Providers across Europe & The Middle East ensuring they are supplied in order to meet contractual deadlines.
Oversee the co-ordination of data input staff across Europe & The Middles East based at 3rd party maintenance providers to ensure there is sufficient manpower.
Provide training to data input staff to ensure they are competent to perform their daily duties.
Perform competency assessments on all data input staff in accordance with the required timeframe to comply with company procedures.
Liaise with internal & external heavy maintenance providers to ensure timely return of work packs to the customer in accordance with EASA regulation.
Liaise with the customer to resolve any documentation queries in a timely manner.
Oversee the Heavy Maintenance Document Control Coordinators to ensure all documentation is completed to the correct standard set out by the regulatory bodies and customer requirements.
Sample audit completed work packs to ensure they are completed to the required standard.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience in document control or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with document management software and systems is highly advantageous.
An Aviation based degree would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
