Role Overview
The successful candidate will be required to work alongside the project teams to manage the implementation and management of documentation across the project, taking into consideration any requirements from the framework. The role will also require you to champion and encourage the use of the company CDE, Asite.

What you\'ll do
The following reflect the main tasks associated with your position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive:

  • Management of the Asite (CDE) for the lifecycle of the framework
  • Host Asite training sessions for new users within the project teams
  • Collaborative management of data on Asite
  • Provide guidance to both internal and external departments to ensure the consistency of naming conventions
  • Undertake review of documents for completeness of accuracy
  • Analysis and maintenance of master documentation
  • Development and maintenance of document registers and trackers
  • Issuance of documents to stakeholders in accordance with company procedures
  • Control the document archive and audit trail (VFP)
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

What you\'ll bring
As Document Controller it is essential that your main skills and experience include:
  • 3+ Years Document Control Experience
  • Proven experience in relation to Asite or an equivalent CDE
  • An understanding of construction terminology
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Teamwork
  • Attention to Detail
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home, as required
  • Full, Valid Driving License
The successful candidate will also be required to satisfy a security clearance and background check before commencing the role.
