We are looking for a

Document Controller,

as we expand our water division to meet the demands.


As our

Document Controller

, you will:

Manage project documentation

-- organising, storing, and distributing documents efficiently.

?

Administer the Document Management System (DMS)

--setting up workflows, managing access, and ensuring data security.

?

Ensure compliance

--maintaining records to meet company, client, and regulatory standards.

?

Support the project team

--assisting with document formatting, templates, and best practices.

?

Monitor version control

--ensuring everyone works from the latest, most accurate documents.

?

Enhance processes

--identifying ways to improve efficiency and implement best practices.

Qualifications



Education:

GCSEs/A-Levels; additional qualifications in administration or document control are a plus.

Experience:

Previous experience in document control within construction, engineering, or similar industries.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, Asite) and MS Office.

Organisation & Attention to Detail:

Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

Communication & Problem-Solving:

Strong ability to liaise with teams and troubleshoot document issues.
