Are you organised, detail-driven and great at keeping projects on track? Join Balfour Beatty as a Document Controller / Site Administrator and play a vital role in supporting our project delivery teams.

What you'll be doing

In this hybrid role, you'll:




Manage and control project documentation from design through to completion. Keep our site teams, designers, and subcontractors connected with the right information at the right time. Support day-to-day site administration, including inductions, access systems and office supplies. Ensure compliance, accuracy and efficiency across document systems.


Who we're looking for

What We're Looking For




Experience in document control (construction or engineering preferred). Previously worked as a document controller in a pre-construction environment Strong IT skills with knowledge of document management systems. Excellent organisation and communication skills. A proactive, collaborative approach with a "can do" attitude.
