We're looking for a

Documentation Control Administrator

to join our established

Document Control Group

at our Coulport site near Helensburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly specialised environment, supporting the documentation that underpins critical operations and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative support for depot facility operations, maintenance documentation and the Nuclear Safety Authorisation Group. Edit and update documents to reflect required changes, ensuring accuracy across databases. Support other areas of the Documentation Control Group as needed. Prepare accurate reports and performance metrics when required. Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Required skills, qualifications and experience




Proven experience in an Administration role Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Highly organised and able to deliver to set deadlines Holds high level of professionalism at all times, ensuring high standards Experience with or capable of handling sensitive / personal information and data Good verbal and written communications skills Comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Lockheed Martin UK - Strategic Systems (LMUK SS) is the single contractor providing specialist Waterfront In-Service Support to one of the Royal Navy's Submarine Programs. The company provides the Ministry of Defence (MoD) with safe, efficient and responsive support. LMUK SS, as part of the ABL Alliance with AWE and Babcock, is also responsible for the management of operations at RNAD Coulport. Looking to the future, LMUK SS supports the joint US and UK submarine design efforts.
