About Us
We're a small but growing team offering daily adventures for Cockapoos in Dulwich and nearby areas. Our fully equipped vans collect the dogs and take them on 80-minute morning and afternoon adventures in parks, woods, and nature spots. These adventures include structured play, enrichment, and basic manners training, all within a strong safety framework.
At the heart of our club is a deep love for Cockapoos -- we treat each one like part of our extended family. We build lasting bonds, support their individual needs, and have plenty of fun along the way.
We're proud of our friendly, hardworking team and are now looking for another
caring, proactive, and dependable person
to join us. Full training and support are provided -- you'll start by shadowing experienced team members as you learn the ropes.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving and being outdoors.
You'll spend part of your day
driving a small van around South London
, collecting and returning Cockapoos safely and efficiently. You'll need to be confident navigating busy streets, reversing, parking in tight spaces, and managing time well to stay on schedule.
Once at the park, you'll
walk the dogs (up to 10 km a day)
, supervise play and behaviour, and then
wash, dry, and return them home
after their adventure.
You'll work outdoors in all weather and will need to lift Cockapoos (up to 15 kg) in and out of the van, help them into Equafleeces or cooling jackets, and keep the van clean and organised.
Strong communication is key -- you'll chat with clients during pick-ups and drop-offs and coordinate with your teammates throughout the day. We really value people who think ahead, stay calm, and take pride in doing the job well.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are:
A confident, experienced driver who enjoys being on the road
Passionate about Dogs/Cockapoos and genuinely enjoy being around them
Reliable, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
Friendly and professional with clients
Physically fit and happy to work outdoors all day
Organised, proactive, and able to follow routines and safety checks
Positive, playful, and patient -- especially with dogs that need extra encouragement
Requirements
? Minimum 4 years' driving experience (for insurance purposes)
? Confident driving in London and reversing/parking a small van
? Clean driving licence
? Comfortable handling Cockapoos on and off lead
? Excellent spoken English and customer service skills
? Able to commit to the role for at least
12 months
? Willing to work outdoors in all weather, all year round
? Well-presented (uniform provided)
? Confident using phone apps/technology
? Able to walk up to 10 km per day and lift up to 15 kg
? Willing to undergo DBS and reference checks

We'd love to hear from you if you're kind, motivated, and dependable -- someone who brings both care and humour to their work (especially when the weather's wild and the Cockapoos are muddy!).
