We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Dog Daycare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Dog Daycare Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of the dogs in our care, supervising playtime, and maintaining a clean and safe facility.

key Responsibilities

- Supervise and engage with dogs during playtime to ensure safe and positive interactions.

- Monitor the health and behavior of dogs, reporting any concerns to the management.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility, including play areas and equipment.

- Assist with feeding

- Create a stimulating environment for dogs through games, training exercises, and socialization activities.

- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dogs' behavior, activities, and any concerns.

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of the dogs and staff.

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of animal care.

Qualifications

- Previous experience working with dogs or in a daycare setting preferred.

- understanding of dog behavior and body language.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

- Physical stamina to lift and carry dogs of various sizes and to be on your feet for extended periods.

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
