As a Dog Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets while delivering high-quality grooming services to our clients. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle various breeds and temperaments.

Responsibilities

Perform grooming tasks including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling of pets according to breed standards or client preferences. Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, identifying any issues that may require veterinary attention. Maintain a clean and safe grooming environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' needs and grooming options. Handle pets with care, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the grooming process. Assist in managing appointments and maintaining accurate records of services provided. Lift and handle animals of various sizes, ensuring their well-being during the grooming process.

Experience

Previous experience in dog grooming is essential. Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with pet owners effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger breeds or equipment. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare is crucial for success in this role.
