Overview

We're looking for a reliable, caring, and energetic Dog Walker to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who loves the outdoors, enjoys building bonds with dogs of all breeds and personalities, and takes pride in providing a first-class service to our clients.

You'll be responsible for ensuring every dog in your care enjoys a safe, stimulating, and happy walk -- rain or shine -- while maintaining excellent communication with their owners and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Safely walk dogs individually or in small groups (maximum of 4) while ensuring proper exercise, enrichment, and socialisation. Maintain full control of all dogs at all times, using suitable leads, harnesses, and safe walking techniques. Observe and report any changes in a dog's behaviour, health, or wellbeing to the management team or owner. Provide basic care when required -- such as feeding, administering medication, drying dogs, or cleaning up after them. Deliver friendly and professional updates to owners, maintaining excellent client relationships. Represent the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times. Assist with loading/unloading dogs and handling larger breeds safely when required.
Requirements

Experience working with dogs (professional or personal) -- experience in dog walking, daycare, or veterinary/animal care is a plus. Confident handling multiple dogs of varying sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with integrity. Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting and outdoor walking in all weather. Flexible with scheduling, including occasional weekend availability. Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable, insured vehicle for transporting dogs (preferred but not essential).
