Responsibilities

Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to maintain high standards of hygiene. Execute specialized floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to preserve flooring integrity and appearance. Handle custodial responsibilities like restocking supplies in restrooms and break rooms to ensure continuous availability of essentials. Maintain industrial cleaning routines for large-scale facilities or equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all cleaning activities. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting issues requiring professional attention. Support commercial cleaning projects by adhering to schedules and quality standards while working efficiently in both team settings and independently. Skills

Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of custodial procedures. Skilled in various cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, stripping, sealing, and general sanitation practices. Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods suitable for large or specialized facilities. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and other custodial tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks and basic repair procedures is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing attention or improvement. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within tight deadlines. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
