We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their purchases, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive shopping experience and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered to effectively assist customers. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. Participate in promotional events and activities to enhance customer engagement. Keep the sales area organised, clean, and visually appealing to attract customers.

Skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Basic numeracy skills for processing transactions and handling cash accurately. Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. An understanding of Consumer Electronics and Electrical Skills is a bonus. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required. Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed, including Saturdays and holidays. Salary is dependant on experience.
