Job Description
Domestic/Laundry needed for busy Residential Care Home
Experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.
Must have a can do attitude
Must be flexible and able to cover extra hours for holidays and sickness
24 hour contract - 8 hour shifts - 3 days per week covering 7 days on a rota basis
REPORTING TO:
Head Housekeeper and/or the Person in Charge in their absenceJOB PURPOSE:
To work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the Care Centre, whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment at all times.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Team Player Good communication skills Satisfactory DBS check

Previous experience of carrying out domestic work on a large scale and working in a care setting Ensuring cleanliness of the home Carrying out laundry duties Assistant to ensure good infection control
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
