Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, corridors, restrooms, communal spaces and residents bedrooms ensuring high standards of hygiene are maintained. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet rolls as needed. Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents or contamination. Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the management promptly. Adhere to organisational policies regarding confidentiality and security protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is desirable. Experience working in hospital or healthcare environments is advantageous. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Good organisational skills and reliability are essential qualities for this role. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts as required; a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards is vital.
