IMPORTANT : We are offering a part time position to cover staff illness 15 - 30 hours - please let us know your preference when applying.

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual to join our cleaning team.
Your job will be to maintain all areas of our properties. A high level of hygiene is expected and all applicants must be able to cover a wide range of cleaning requirements.

Key Responsibilities

To maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all Lyme Trust properties, including offices, resident communal areas and gardens/courtyards To be on-hand to help staff collect and pack residents' belongings when they leave The Lyme Trust To ensure that a vacated room is cleaned and prepared (including a Welcome Pack) for an incoming resident To report any damage or defects To ensure all Health & Safety and Fire Regulations are adhered to To liaise with outside services in the event of fire, theft, intrusion and vandalism To complete any other reasonable tasks as requested
