Job Description


As a Domestic Assistant, you will ensure a clean environment for patient care in accordance with health and safety requirements, NHS National Specification of Cleaning Standards, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), Patient Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE), audits and NHS Property Services policies and procedures.
Main duties of the job
Previous experience working within Healthcare Services. Experience of working in a customer focused environment. Experience of using different cleaning tools/equipment.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent part time Domestic Assistant/cleaner join our team based at Hinckley Community Diagnostic Centre, Hinckley, LE10 1AG. * Hours of Work - 8.75 per week

  • This is a 2 week rota - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday - 05:30 - 08:00. Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 05:30 - 08:00.
  • The salary on offer is xc2xa324,169.00 per annum (Pro rata for part time hours) - xc2xa312.36 per hour
  • Training will be provided
About the role: This role will deliver a full cleaning service within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with the NHS Property Services Domestic Services Operative Manual, at the prescribed times, in line with policies and procedures and as detailed in the cleaning work schedules. No experience is required as full training will be provided. What we can offer you: * 27 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday.
