We are looking to recruit highly motivated domestics to join our current team. The shift patterns are 7am-3.30pm, 8am-4.30pm, 10.30am -6pm, and others

12.51 per hour

You will be required to help maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the care home to enable our residents to live in a high quality environment.

Experience is not required as training will be given to the successful candidate.

Join the team at Crossgate Care Home, a leading care facility in Kilmarnock. We're currently hiring a detail-oriented Domestic Assistant or Care Home Cleaner to uphold our high standards of cleanliness, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. We are looking for a candidate that wants to work 30 hrs per week together with a lovely team.

Key Duties:

- Perform a range of cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and deep cleaning.

- Restock essential items including toiletries and towels.

- Participate actively in staff and service user meetings, fostering strong team relationships.

- Adhere to strict health, safety, and infection control policies within the care home environment.

- Assist in the induction process for new staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Teamwork and self-motivation.

- Clear Policy Check and PoVA list check.

- Previous experience or qualifications in care or domestic roles within a care home setting is advantageous.
