Domestic Assistant (relief)
Job Description
Relief/Bank domestic assistant, part time over 7 days. duties are general cleaning and occasional cover at times. As a domestic assistant, you will work as part of a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the home, whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment at all times. You will ensure the highest quality service is delivered to our residents whilst maintaining their dignity and respecting their right to choice and independence. You will work under the direct supervision of Senior Care Staff or Home Manager who will guide and mentor you through your induction period.
To be successful in this role you will be a caring individual, the ability to multitask with excellent communication skills. Experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not essential as we will provide full training to the right candidate.
