We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our care home settings. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including resident bedrooms, lobbies, restrooms, and other public spaces.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Interact positively with residents and staff, providing assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
Follow established schedules for cleaning tasks while being flexible to accommodate special requests or changes.
Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
It would be desirable if you have a DBS on the updated service.
