We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, with an emphasis on customer service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in designated areas.
Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from clutter.
Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client queries or concerns regarding cleanliness.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
Assist with additional tasks as required, including cooking for staff or guests when necessary.
Skills
Previous janitorial experience is highly desirable, particularly in commercial cleaning or hotel environments.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Basic cooking skills are a plus, enabling the preparation of meals when required.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
