Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our clients home. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas in our clients homes. Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust, dirt, and debris. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for all occupants. Full training in our professional procedures will be provided.

Skills

Proven experience in domestic cleaning or hotel environments is highly desirable. Full UK driving licence and use of a car (we pay mileage) Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a clean environment.
