Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential settings, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional cleaning services with a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout all cleaning tasks Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure effective results Assist with basic cooking tasks if required by clients Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Manage janitorial duties including trash removal, surface disinfection, and restocking supplies Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times

Requirements

Prior experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is advantageous Skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and laundry are preferred Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and efficiently within scheduled timeframes Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation is preferred for timely access to client locations Willingness to learn new skills related to housecleaning management and specialized cleaning techniques
