We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of all flooring types. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to create a safe environment for clients and staff. Assist with janitorial tasks in commercial settings as needed, ensuring all areas are clean and presentable. Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement effective cleaning strategies and schedules.

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
