Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all areas are clean and presentable. Maintain cleanliness in common areas and facilities in accordance with health and safety regulations. Handle laundry services as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries with a friendly attitude. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Experience

Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Experience in a care Home environment is advantageous but not necessary. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Residents and colleagues. A willingness to learn and adapt to various cleaning techniques and standards. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
