Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Self-Employed Cleaner to join our team, covering Dover and the surrounding area.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness in our clients' homes. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Working hours are usually Monday to Friday, between 9am and 2pm.

Ideally, you will want to work between 3-5 days per week, 4-5 hours per day.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens & bathrooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness in our clients' homes. Follow the client's bespoke cleaning schedule, as detailed on our App Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to clients' requests or inquiries.

Skills

Previous experience in domestic cleaning is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients in their homes. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently while managing time effectively. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. You must be reliable and able to commit to working set days each week.
You must have a valid driving licence and your own reliable vehicle to travel between our clients' homes.
