Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in clients homes.

This job is for a cleaner 2 hrs every fortnight on Mondays (or occasional Fridays) in the SW20 area. This job is in Raynes Park - 15 minutes out of Wimbledon by bus.

This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness in a private individual home.

We also provide cleaning services to Care Homes, Offices and other commercial properties. Would be suitable for someone local who is also able to work in the Wimbledon or Kingston area.

Duties

Dusting and wiping skirting boards of clients home Wiping down doors and surfaces. Can include window cleaning. Domestic cleans can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or end of tenancy cleans, some properties are vacant and come occupied. Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels. Perform thorough cleaning of individual homes, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in hotels or other commercial facilities. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as per protocols. Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in designated areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude towards guests and staff while providing exceptional customer service. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential. Ability to do ironing to a good standard preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good organisational skills to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Basic cooking skills may be beneficial for roles that require food preparation in addition to cleaning duties. Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
