We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various environments, including residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Carry out tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies. Assist with cooking and meal preparation when required, ensuring kitchen areas are kept clean and organised. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs or shortages to management. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks.

Experience

Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Experience in hotel or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues. Cooking skills are a plus, contributing to overall household or facility management.
