We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a care homes setting. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure all areas are tidy and free from hazards.
Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
Assist with cooking and food preparation as needed, ensuring kitchen cleanliness.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations.
Experience
Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
Basic cooking skills would be beneficial for assisting in kitchen duties.
