Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various environments, including residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all areas are clean and tidy. Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in hotels or commercial establishments. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens as needed. Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe environment for all. Assist with cooking or food preparation when required, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.

Experience

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable. Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel settings is an advantage. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and guests. A willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and adhere to company standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
