Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, or hotel settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and maintaining a friendly demeanor. Assist with additional tasks such as cooking or preparing light meals when required.

Skills

Previous janitorial experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products. Experience in a hotel environment is advantageous, showcasing an ability to meet guest expectations for cleanliness. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns effectively. Ability to work independently while also being a cooperative team member when necessary. Cooking skills are a plus for roles that may require meal preparation alongside cleaning duties. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently.
