Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Domestic Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all domestic tasks are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes. Assist with meal preparation and cooking as required, ensuring dietary preferences are respected. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Organise household items and maintain an orderly environment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operation of domestic services. Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing all tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is highly desirable. A background in cooking or food preparation is beneficial but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A proactive attitude towards work with excellent organisational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
