Domestic Electrician
Job Description
We are looking for a fully qualified 18th Edition, Part P Electrician to join our team, carrying out work across a range of domestic and commercial properties. Commercial sites include offices, warehouses, pubs, restaurants, shops, schools, hospitals, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in both domestic homes and a wide range of commercial premises.
Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) to current industry standards.
Work independently or supervise an electrcians Mat/apprentice when required.
Ensure all work complies with current electrical wiring regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment, including company vehicle and tools.
Take customer payments (card and cash) where necessary.
Complete all relevant electrical certificates and documentation accurately and promptly.
(Where applicable) Support the training and development of an apprentice.
Requirements:
Fully qualified with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and Part P certification. Qualified and experienced in carrying out EICRs. Domestic electrical experience is essential. Experience in commercial settings such as offices, warehouses, schools, and healthcare environments is highly desirable. Able to work independently and make decisions on-site. Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach. Full UK driving licence.
