Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced and confident

Full-Time Electrician

to join our growing team. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, problem-solve efficiently, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You'll be working primarily in London and surrounding areas, servicing high-end property management clients, and performing a variety of tasks, including EICR testing and inspections, remedial works, and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) testing and inspections Carrying out EICR remedial works and reactive maintenance Responding to and resolving electrical issues quickly and efficiently Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards Working with a diverse team and collaborating on larger projects when needed Providing exceptional service to high-end property management clients in London

Call-Out Rota

: 1 in 10 days per month (paid at time and a half)

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an electrician, with a strong knowledge of EICR testing and remedial works Comfortable driving in and around London Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and come up with solutions Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving license Previous experience working with high-end property management companies is a plus
