Key Responsibilities

Carrying out

EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)

in domestic and commercial properties. Covering the North London Area Performing

remedial works

following EICRs Installing, testing, and commissioning electrical systems in residential and commercial projects. Completing

consumer unit (fuse board) replacements

and upgrades. Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults (fault finding and rectification). Carrying out

first fix and second fix electrical works

on refurbishments, extensions, and new builds. Supporting installation and maintenance of specialist systems (e.g. door entry, CCTV, fire alarm systems). Ensuring all works comply with current IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) and health & safety standards. Producing clear job reports and certification as required (e.g. EIC, EICR, Minor Works Certificates). Maintaining a professional approach at all times

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (preferred for testing and inspection). Full UK driving licence. Minimum 2 years' experience post-qualification. Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations. Good communication and organisational skills.

This is a self employed position 180 - 200 You are expected to provide your own van and tools, fuel costs will be covered Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
