Newtons are growing business looking to expand our team of engineers. We are a reactive maintenance company working for some of London's biggest and most well knows estate agencies. We are a small family started business and care greatly for our employees.

Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain gas systems and appliances
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose gas system issues
- Assemble and install gas pipes, fittings, and fixtures

Skills:

- CCN1 or equivalent
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Commercial driving experience preferred

As a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gas systems and appliances. Installation skills are desirable but not essential as majority of our work is based around breakdowns and servicing. Own van desrable but not essential

To excel in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills are also vital in the role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00-42,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
